64 Shamrock Street was a newly built townhouse a ball's throw away from the sprawling Gordon Park dog park. We knew this would be attractive to young professionals who want a pet- friendly home. We also found that the standard property video rarely got the engagement that our more novel videos did. By featuring this cute French Bulldog, we made a video that went crazy among potential buyers.
